Microneedling

Microneedling

Microneedling or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) is remarkable and one of the fastest growing cosmetic procedures for skin rejuvenation. A non-laser, non-surgical treatment, it causes stimulation of collagen production within new tissue. The treatment is performed with a pen-shaped device, containing micro-needles which creates invisible and virtually painless micro-channels on the skin. The micro-needle breaks down scar tissue, wrinkles, and other skin imperfections. While breaking down the old skin and creating tiny channels in the upper layer of skin, the body immediately responds by forming new tissue. The newly formed tissue is plumper, contains more elastin, and has a renewed blood supply resulting in glowing, clearer skin. Minimal to no downtime is needed for Microneedling treatments.

Special Microneedling Treatments

Platelet Rich Plasma

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is used in conjunction with a Microneedling treatment. PRP infusion stimulates production of collagen and new blood supply to treated area when infused during Microneedling of the skin.

Stem Cell Infusion

Stem Cell Infusion is incorporated during a Stem Facial to improve the appearance of pigmentation and wrinkles, along with producing an anti-inflammatory response to assist in healing of the skin. The Stem Facial is done in conjunction with Microneedling and an individualized take home treatment. The Stem Facial includes beneficial peptides, antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and vitamins to produce cosmetic improvements.
